How far in advance should I place an order?
We request at least three days' notice for smaller balloon orders and one week for larger quantities. Rental items require a minimum of one week advance reservation to guarantee availability.What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final within three days of your scheduled event, and refunds cannot be issued during this period. Cancellations made more than three days prior to your event are eligible for a 50% refund.Does delivery include setup?
Setup services are not included with our standard rental delivery. Please let us know at the time of your rental reservation if you need setup assistance, and we'll arrange to accommodate this request.Do you rent linens?
We partner with a third-party provider for linen rentals. If you need linens without table or chair rentals, we'll provide you with our supplier's information so you can place your order directly with them.How long do your balloons last?
Our helium balloons stay inflated for approximately three days when cared for properly. Air-filled balloons have an even longer lifespan, typically lasting a week or more.Do you have a store?
We maintain a physical location where you can shop in person. Beyond balloons, our store carries an extensive selection of party supplies, including plates, napkins, candles, and much more.What is your payment policy?
