  • How far in advance should I place an order?

    For balloon orders, we ask for a three day notice for smaller quantities and a week's notice for larger orders. All rental items require a one week advance reservation to ensure availability.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our policy states that all sales become final in the three days leading up to your event, with no refunds possible. Cancellations made earlier than three days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the order total.
  • Does delivery include setup?

    Our standard delivery for rentals does not include setup. If you require setup services, please inform us when making your rental reservation so we can accommodate your needs.
  • Do you rent linens?

    We collaborate with a third-party supplier for linen rentals. If you're interested in renting linens without tables or chairs, we'll direct you to our supplier to handle your order directly.
  • How long do your balloons last?

    With proper care, our helium balloons typically remain inflated for up to three days. Air-filled balloons can last even longer, often up to a week or more.
  • Do you have a store?

    Yes, we operate a physical storefront. In addition to balloons, we offer a wide range of party supplies including plates, napkins, candles, and more.
  • What is your payment policy?

    To confirm your order, we require a valid form of payment on file. Orders are not considered confirmed until this requirement is met.
