How far in advance should I place an order?
For smaller balloon orders, we require a 3-day notice before your event. For more large-scale balloon orders, we require one week notice before your event.
All rentals must be reserved one week in advance of your event to ensure quantity of items
Does delivery include set-up?
Our deliveries for rentals do not include set-up fees. If set-up is necessary, it must be requested upon reserving rentals.
What is your set-up prices
Our set-up prices are $2 per table and $1 per chair
How long do your balloons last?
If taken care of properly, our helium balloons will last up to 3-days, while our air-filled balloons could last up to a week or more.
What is your payment policy?
All orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the 3 days before your event, all sales are final and cannot be refunded. If you must cancel your order any time before the 3-day mark, you will be refunded 50% of your order
Do you rent linens?
We work with a third-party supplier for linen orders. If you would like to order linens only, without any table or chair rentals, then we will send you to our supplier directly so you can work with them.
Do you have a store?
Yes! We do have a store front.
We offer more than just balloons, we have plates, napkins, candles, etc.
