AZ PARTY MART is a family-owned and operated, full-service party supply store located in Scottsdale AZ. The owners, Party Mart Paul and Elaine the Balloon Goddess, are a husband and wife team that share a passion for assisting loyal customers in all their party planning needs and welcome new customer to stop in and experience the same fun and excitement in making their next party a memorable event.

Quality Products. We are not, nor ever will be, a dollar store with party supplies. What you will find are party supplies that are of high quality and current in themes and colors. Our solid color tableware is strong, not flimsy, and your guests will notice the difference. Want a Hollywood party? Let us roll out the red carpet. Feeling groovy? Our tie dye party supplies will set the mood. Are the 70’s and 80’s a time to fondly remember? We’ll help you with the flashback.

Great Service. Are you frustrated going into a business and being ignored by employees? That won’t happen at PARTY MART! We try to greet every customer as they walk in the door. We offer our assistance, but we don’t hover. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience and are here to answer questions, find items, and offer suggestions as much as or as little as you want. We put our customers first so you will always have our attention. Anything else we may be doing is secondary to helping you.

OUR HISTORY

PARTY MART was founded in 1984. Over a span of 22 years, Craig, the original owner, established long-standing relationships with loyal customers that continue to this day. Many of our customers share their nostalgic stories about shopping at PARTY MART as children with their moms and dads. They often say “I grew up in this store and here I am now with my own kids starting a new generation of PARTY MART customers.”

In 2008, Paul and Elaine became the new owners of PARTY MART. Having recently moved to Phoenix from the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, we were interested in purchasing an established business that we could operate as a team. PARTY MART was a good fit. We had a vision of what we wanted to do to make PARTY MART even more successful. We updated many of our products, educated ourselves on the art of balloon décor, and increased our services, including an expanded delivery territory.
